From Big 4 to Motherhood to Midlife Audit
I did everything the way I was taught to: study hard, find a stable job, settle. That job was in the Big 4, and it became the stepping stone for a 15-year career in audit - precise, disciplined, and quietly exhausting.
Somewhere along the way I became a mother, I stopped recognising my own body, and I lost my sense of identity as a woman. My priorities shifted at exactly the same time I turned 35 - what everyone else calls a midlife crisis, I simply called it my turning point.
I took the plunge into wellness - a field I had never once considered for myself. I lost the weight and rebuilt my confidence. I found the right structure and support, and removed all the guesswork in the process.
Today, I help women reclaim their health and confidence.
