This policy covers empoweredliving.global and the connected wellness assessment at myvitality365.com (together, "our sites"), both operated by the Empowered Living team. It explains how personal data is collected, used, and protected in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 ("PDPA").
1. What Information Is Collected
Browsing empoweredliving.global itself does not require you to submit any personal data. If you choose to take the free wellness assessment at myvitality365.com, the following may be collected:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your contact number / WhatsApp number
- Your answers to the wellness assessment questions (covering areas such as metabolic health, energy, recovery, cognitive clarity, and skin & body vitality)
- Which Empowered Living team member referred you, where applicable (via a referral link or your own selection)
Basic website usage data (such as browser type and general location) may also be collected automatically for site performance purposes.
2. Why This Information Is Collected
Your information is used to generate your personalized assessment report, to notify the relevant Empowered Living team member so they can share your results and follow up with you, and to allow that team member to continue the conversation you've started. It is not sold to third parties.
3. Consent
By submitting the assessment on myvitality365.com, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the purposes stated above. You may withdraw this consent at any time by messaging your Empowered Living contact directly through any of the channels listed on our sites.
4. How Your Data Is Stored and Shared
Your assessment answers and contact details are stored in a secure third-party database (Supabase). Notification of your completed assessment is sent to the relevant team member by email, delivered via a third-party email service (Resend). Access to your information is limited to the Empowered Living team and these service providers, each of which maintains its own security and privacy practices.
5. Data Retention
Your information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, or as required by law, after which it will be deleted or anonymised.
6. Your Rights Under the PDPA
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data held about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Withdraw your consent to its collection or use
- Request deletion of your data, subject to legal or contractual retention requirements
