Our sites exist to share the personal stories of the Empowered Living team, offer a free wellness assessment, and connect visitors with a team member to continue the conversation — whether that's about wellness, or the business opportunity behind it.

By completing the assessment on myvitality365.com, you agree that your results and contact details will be shared with the relevant Empowered Living team member (see our Privacy Policy for how this is determined), and that they may contact you by email or WhatsApp to discuss your results, our wellness products, and the business opportunity. You're free to end that conversation at any time.
5. Independent Distributors
Members of the Empowered Living team are independent distributors working with a US publicly listed wellness technology company. Our sites reflect our own personal views and experiences, and are not official statements of that company.
6. Content Ownership
Unless otherwise stated, the text, design, and content on our sites belong to the Empowered Living team and should not be reproduced without permission.
